We are a precision gear manufacturer that offers a complete gear cutting solution. We engineer and manufacture gears and related items, such as sprockets, splines, racks, worms and worm wheels.
With over 100 years of experience, we are experts at delivering bespoke solutions for your unique challenges. Our team has the skills and knowledge to work from samples, client drawings or a box of damaged parts that require reverse engineering.
Specialising in small volumes means we can be flexible to our clients’ individual needs. From single components to full gearbox refurbishments, whatever the size of the project we’ll work with you to develop the best possible solution. Our team of gear manufacturers takes great pride in what they produce and we are accredited to ISO 9001:2015.
Gear Manufacturing
As skilled gear manufacturers, we can produce a large variety of gears and related items in different lengths and diameters. In addition to supplying a complete item, we also offer a gear cutting only service for clients who wish to supply their own machined blanks, then undertake any necessary finishing processes themselves.
Gearbox Refurbishments
We offer a complete refurbishment service for industrial gearboxes. This can be much more cost-effective than purchasing a new gearbox. We also have lots of experience of working with obsolete parts. We can provide solutions even when the original manufacturer no longer exists or spare parts aren’t available off the shelf.
General Engineering
Each gear we manufacture goes through a range of processes including turning, milling, slotting and grinding. The varied expertise of our team ensures a quality finished product. With 4 CNC lathes, 4-axis milling and a range of other machinery, we are able to provide high-quality general engineering work at cost-effective prices.
Product Sourcing
There are some items we are unable to manufacture - they are either too large for our machines or something we don’t produce - but we probably know someone that can. We are happy to project manage product sourcing to give you a single solution for all your gear manufacturing requirements.
