Our Gear Manufacturing
We provide a total gear cutting solution, with a comprehensive and personalised service from start to finish. Our team’s expertise lies in crafting precision gears and associated components including sprockets, splines, racks, worms and worm wheels.
Many of our clients come to us for replacement parts because the original manufacturer has discontinued production. At our core we are dedicated problem solvers, collaborating closely with our clients. Our specialisation in small-volume production allows us to adapt to your specific requirements.

FINISHING
As well as gear cutting, we offer a comprehensive range of finishing processes. However, if you prefer to supply your own machined blanks and handle the finishing yourself, we provide a gear cutting-only service.
